These rules apply to every photo, garment reference, instruction, and generated image used with AI Clothes Changer.
What the service is for
AI Clothes Changer is a clothing-only virtual try-on tool. It adds or replaces wearable clothing on a person in a photo. It is not a clothes remover and has no feature for undressing a person.
What you may upload
You must be 18 or older. You may upload photos and garment references only when you own them or have the permissions required to use them. You are responsible for the consent of every person shown and for any copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other third-party rights in the material.
What is prohibited
- Nudity, sexual content, or sexualized imagery.
- AI-generated non-consensual intimate imagery (AI NCII).
- Any content involving minors or people who have not given the consent required by law.
- Impersonation, harassment, coercion, blackmail, defamation, or implied endorsement.
- Illegal activity, hateful or violent material, malware, or attempts to evade safety controls.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights.
Google API and legal compliance
Google sign-in is used only to create and authenticate an account. Google user data is never used to generate, edit, classify, or distribute images, and is never used to create AI NCII or sexual content. Users must comply with applicable law and must not use the service to encourage illegal activity or violate another person's rights. These rules also apply when a request uses Google sign-in.
Enforcement and reports
We may block a generation, remove violating content, suspend or terminate an account, and report serious or unlawful conduct to the relevant authorities. To report a violation or request removal of an image of yourself, contact support@ai-clothes-changer.net.
