Free AI Dress Changer Online

Start with two clear images: the person and the dress you want to try on. Choose a reference for the occasion, then compare the generated look with your original photo.

AI Dress Changer Free

Try the AI dress changer free with 20 credits when you sign up with Google. One Preview costs 10 credits, so you can test a dress reference before buying more. No credit card is required.

Try Dresses in Your Browser

Upload a person photo and a dress reference on desktop or mobile, with no app to install. Compare a summer midi, a cocktail dress, or an evening gown using the same source portrait and a separate reference for each look.

Choose Your Preview Mode

Sign in to generate and save your results. Preview creates one image for 10 credits; Studio creates up to four variations for 20 credits. Choose either mode when you have enough credits, without a required subscription.

Preview a Different Dress on Your Own Photo

A dress is more than a color: the neckline frames the face, the waist changes the outline, and the skirt sets the length of the look. Use AI Dress Changer to explore those choices on a familiar photo before deciding which styles deserve a closer look. The generated image is a visual preview, not a measurement-based fitting.

  • Use the same source portrait to compare different necklines and silhouettes.
  • Check the waist, folds, and hem against the uploaded dress reference.
  • Review the person and background for unintended changes before sharing.

Compare Dress Colors and Silhouettes from References

Have two colorways in mind for a wedding, prom, or a night out? Upload a reference of the dress in the color you want to preview. To try a different length or cut, choose a reference that already shows that design. Each run follows an image rather than a written prompt, so the quality and completeness of your reference matter.

  • Compare navy, emerald, or blush using a separate garment image for each color.
  • Try mini, midi, and floor-length shapes with full-length source photos.
  • Use the original product image to verify patterns, trims, and fabric details.

How to Change Clothes in a Photo

01

Add a Photo

Drop in one clear portrait. There is nothing to crop, mask, or resize first — the editor prepares the image for you.

02

Pick the Look

Attach a garment photo, then press Generate. The model reads the reference and rebuilds the clothing in place.

03

Save the Result

The finished image arrives with a download link and a copyable URL, and it stays in your history so you can pull it up again later.

Photo guide

Better Photos for a Better Dress Try-On

Good inputs make it easier to judge a dress. Before spending credits, check that your photos show the person and garment clearly. After generation, treat the image as a styling preview and inspect the details.

Frame the Person for the Dress Length

Choose a photo with one adult standing in a relaxed pose, facing the camera or turned slightly to the side. For a maxi dress or gown, include the full body and leave space around the feet; a portrait cropped at the waist cannot show a complete skirt. Keep the arms slightly away from the torso so the waist and sleeves are visible. Even lighting helps separate the existing outfit from the person. Avoid mirror glare, strong shadows, motion blur, and bags held across the body. Use a photo you have permission to edit, and keep the original for comparison.

Show the Whole Dress in the Reference

Pick a sharp front view on a plain background, ideally a product shot, flat lay, or mannequin photo. Include the neckline, sleeves, waist, and full hem in a single image. If you are comparing colorways, use a reference of the actual target color rather than expecting the editor to infer it. A photo with several dresses can make the intended garment ambiguous. For pleats, lace, embroidery, or a floral print, choose an image where those details are large enough to see. Avoid folded skirts and cropped trains when those features are central to the look you want to preview.

Review Fit, Fabric, and Small Details

Compare the generated preview with both source images before saving or sharing it. Look at the neckline and straps first, then inspect the waist, sleeve openings, skirt volume, and hem. Zoom in on hands and hair where they overlap the dress, since these boundaries can contain artifacts. Check whether prints, buttons, lace, or asymmetric details have changed. Monitor colors are not a reliable fabric swatch, and a convincing image does not establish size, comfort, or tailoring. If the result is unclear, try a better-lit person photo or a more complete reference. Use real measurements and a physical fitting for purchase decisions.
