Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the rules and guidelines for using AI Clothes Changer. This policy exists to protect our users, our service, and the integrity of the image-generation experience. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

When uploading photos to the Service, you must adhere to the following: Consent: You must have the legal right to use the photos you upload. Uploading photos of people without the consent required by law, or generating images of people without their permission where such consent is required, is prohibited. Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Only upload photos of adults aged 18 and over, and do not upload photos that violate this policy. Content Standards: Uploaded photos must be appropriate and must not contain: - Illegal activity or content - Harassment, threats, or defamatory material - Content that infringes on intellectual property rights Image Quality: For best results, upload clear, well-lit photos with the person roughly centered. Very low quality or heavily distorted photos may produce poor results. AI-Generated Content: Using the Service to generate images for unlawful purposes, or to create images used to harass, defame, or harm others, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination. AI Content Disclosure: Images generated through the Service are created using artificial intelligence (AI). By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that generated images are AI-produced and may contain artifacts or inaccuracies. We clearly indicate that results are AI-generated wherever they are displayed. Sexual and non-consensual content: You must not use the Service to create, edit, or distribute: - AI-generated non-consensual intimate imagery ("AI NCII") — any sexual, nude, or sexually suggestive depiction of a person - Intimate imagery of anyone under 18, or of any person who has not given the consent required by law - Content used to impersonate, harass, coerce, blackmail, or defame a real person We do not use Google user data, or any data obtained through Google APIs, to generate AI NCII or any sexual content. Accounts that violate this section are terminated immediately, and the most serious cases are reported to the relevant authorities.

You are expected to use the Service responsibly: - Do not share your account credentials with others - Do not create multiple accounts to circumvent limits or bans - Do not use the Service to harass, stalk, or intimidate others - Do not attempt to manipulate or abuse the credit system - Do not engage in any activity that disrupts or degrades the Service for others

You must not: - Use automated tools, bots, crawlers, or scripts to access the Service - Attempt to bypass rate limits, access controls, or security measures - Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or AI models - Interfere with the Service's infrastructure or networks - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data - Use the Service to distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code - Scrape, index, or cache content from the Service for any purpose

The Service may be used for personal and professional projects. Accounts with a paid plan or a purchased credit pack include a commercial use license for the images they generate. The following are nevertheless prohibited: - Reselling access to the Service or redistributing it as your own product - Using the Service to provide a competing version of the Service - Uploading photos of people without the rights or consent required by law

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to us immediately at: Email: support@ai-clothes-changer.net We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly. We may not be able to disclose the outcome of our investigation due to privacy constraints.

We reserve the right to take any action we deem appropriate in response to AUP violations, including: - Issuing a warning - Temporarily suspending your account - Permanently terminating your account - Removing violating content - Reporting illegal activity to law enforcement - Pursuing legal remedies The severity of the response will be proportional to the nature and severity of the violation. We will generally provide notice before taking action, except in cases where immediate action is necessary to protect the Service or other users.

We may update this AUP from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
